The Doors have closed

I just spent 3 days at the Jim Morrison room on Santa Monica Blvd. Pereeetty sweet.

I am currently staying at a room that was lived in by Jim Morrison. There is Jim/Doors graffiti, paintings, murals, framed pics and writings all over the place. Every inch of the hotel room is covered including the front door, bedframe, shower, closet etc...

I'ts really cool staying here. I feel like I'm a part of history. All the people that have been here, the energy is extremely positive here, Jim Morrison used to live here.. All of it.

My Damned Young Tour

Today I start "My Damned Young Tour"
After getting stuck and financially stranded from an unorganized, double booking booker, local Kc and Natl touring band "Them Damned Young Livers" have helped me on my way. Selling a broken down tour van that was given to them, they are giving me the money to help me make my way west. Someone else also gave them $900 to buy a new tour van, so they say it's paying it forward. I can't and will not argue with that.

I now am dedicating the entire West Coast adventure to Them Damned Young Livers. I call it.. "My Damned Young Tour". Sounds fun, right? Even more so then you can imagine. This mean I have to get wasted every night, try to get laid every night (even if it doesn't happen I have to try my damnedest), have as much fun as possible, destroy a few stages, have a blast everywhere I go, but no matte what happens... I ain't puttin no hair grease in my hair ;) Sorry, boys.
